Robin Dieker was born in 1994 and got his first IT experience with his dad when he was around 6 years old, and he knew immediately "this is something I want to do professionally". So he started to work for a German ISP called "Deutsche Telekom" in 2015 where he worked for 2 years. He then decided its "time for a change" and started working for his always favorite company - Microsoft. So he started working as a support engineer, quickly becoming Premier Support Engineer as well as an SME for Teams and Skype for Business. In 2021, he left Microsoft to get some new experiences at a German IT consulting company called "Crafting IT".

However, as Microsoft is and always will be special to him, he immediately accepted when he was asked by Rezwanur to create a new DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) community for M365.

And with the excellent support of Microsoft as well as Rezwanurs excellent knowledge and passion, he hopes they together will set new standards in the DACH M365 community world.
